We judge each possible return on a case by case basis as the Jug Hugger being made from a textile it can be mistreated and we will not cover improper use. Any defects caused by manufacturing we will replace.

First Class(USPS): Tracked, *Not Insured* Arrives in 2-7 days.
Priority Mail(USPS): Tracked, Insured, Arrives 1-4 days
Express(USPS): Tracked, Insured, Arrives 1-2 days (guaranteed by USPS)
